Lights

Since Mother Nature has water absorb colors and become darker the deeper you go, it’s always a good to carry some form of light with you on all dives. This can range from a small hand held light putting out a few watts to full blown canister lights which seem to challenge the sun itself for dominance. Lights are absolutely necessary for any form of penetration diving whether it is a wreck or a cave. Plus they help you to be able to see the thingies that go “Bump in the Night” during your night dives. After all, the Boogie Fish is a lot less scary when you can see it!
