Q. When will my credit card be charged?

A. We will take your payment information at the time of order, but you will not be charged until we have had a chance to confirm that we are able to ship your item.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal through our online store.

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?

A. We will only collect sales tax if you are shipping to the same state as our retail location, which is located in New York.

Q. What about international taxes?

A. Any order shipping internationally may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives at its destination. Unfortunately, Prime Scuba cannot advise on fees and taxes that you may be charged. Please contact the appropriate government agency in your local area for this information. We cannot offer refunds to customers who refuse orders because of international taxes, duties, fees or VAT charges.

Q. Do you ship to my country?

A. We ship to most countries, but to be sure, add an item to your shopping cart and use the shipping calculator to view a list of the countries we can ship to.

Q. What will shipping cost?

A. Many of our items ship within the continental US for FREE. These will be designated with the “Free Shipping” logo. To calculate the shipping of other items, simply place the item in your cart, view the cart page, enter the shipping country, state and zip code, and press the “Get a quote” button. You’ll be presented with all available shipping methods and prices.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. We ship daily Monday – Friday. If possible, we’ll ship same day. Otherwise, all in-stock items will be shipped on the following business day.

Q. Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

A. Certainly. Just choose United States as your shipping country and the select the appropriate Armed Forces option.

Q. What if I receive wrong product?

A. Call us right away, within 72 hours, at 877-585-2822.

Q. What if my order doesn’t arrive or it arrives incomplete?

A. Credits generally take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
