All rental equipment will require a signed rental agreement and security deposit in the form of a Credit Card and a copy of the renter's Drivers License. Items not returned on time, without proper communication from the renter will result in the renter's card being charged the current MSRP of all articles not returned. These items will be void of all manufacturer warranties. If the renter's card has insufficient credit for the full amount, other legal actions will be taken to secure all unpaid amounts, in addition to all legal and collection fees incurred.
Rates do not include taxes.
