Return & Exchange

We make it our mission to keep you satisfied with all our products. And as such, we offer the best return policy in the industry.

-You have 60 days from the date of your purchase to return the merchandise for a full refund. -In addition, you get 60 days (a total of 120 days from the date of your purchase) to return for store credit.

How To Do A Return:

Be sure to inspect your merchandise when it arrives. If, for any reason you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (excluding the shipping fee) as long as you haven't used it-no questions asked. All returned items have to include the origial manufacturer's labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Due to copyright laws, Books, CD's, DVD's and Video Tapes may not be returned--we do apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

You will need to phone our customer service department at 1-888-657-2822 to ask for an RMA number. Securely package the items and include the RMA along with a copy of the original invoice. All returns should be prepaid and insured and sent to:

With all due respect, you are responsible for the return shipping fees, and we will pay the replacement shipping fees (US & Canada only).

No packages will be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of the box.

Merchandise returned without authorization or in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused. You will be responsible for shipping fees of both directions.
